Come meet our animals (friends)! A working, family farm, garden and vineyard raising Mustang Grapes, Wild Flowers, Vegetables, Dairy Goats, Beef Cattle, American Bison, Alpacas and even exotics such as Camels, Kangaroos, Zebras, Rheas and more. Reserve your Safari Wine Tour today!

Conveniently located 8 miles south of downtown Fredericksburg! We are currently cultivating the grapes of the original settlers, the Mustang Grape. We chose the Mustang Grape as it does not require harmful pesticides or herbicides, nor does it require precious water via irrigation.

The original Fredericksburg pioneers and settlers who first tamed this land used the Mustang Grape for winemaking, canning, jelly, grape juice, and even baked them into pies and cobblers. In fact, making mustang grape wine dates all the way back to the Civil War. Interested in raising your own? We have Mustang Grape vines for sale in our Greenhouse on days the Tasting Room is open!

Let us put you to work! It is time for a Fredericksburg Grape Stomp! On Saturdays, we typically host an interactive Grape Stomp for amazing photo opportunities on Saturday at 1PM and 3PM. This is open to the General Public.

Kid friendly, we have a play area for adults and kids. While we allow pets, we ask you to keep pets on a leash at all times and do not go close to any fencing with animals. Some of our animals can be dangerous and can go through the fencing if provoked. Remember this is a working ranch-farm and you should watch for fire ants, bees and other critters.

The tasting room, wedding barn and farm will be open to the public (groups large and small) for weddings and events. Come make memories that will last a lifetime. Email us for full details and availability

The Fredericksburg Polo Club adjoins the Winery, and polo here hails from a long tradition of polo in the Texas Hill Country. The only active Polo Club in Fredericksburg Texas, we host polo matches when in season. Check our schedule online! We host 6 Victory Cup Polo Matches each year and the day’s schedule includes Hot Air Balloons, Helicopters, Vendors and more. In fact, many consider Boerne, Texas (just down the road) to be the birthplace of polo in the United States! Polo was played often in Fredericksburg and in the Texas Hill Country by Gentlemen and Cowboys alike! We welcome the general public and work each day to bring the Sport of Kings to the people. Come meet the horses and players and revel in this fun and family friendly sport!
