Central Texas ghost town previously known as ‘Bikinis’ is selling for $1.5 million
Bankersmith, a tiny Texas town near Fredericksburg, may be having an identity crisis.
First it was known as Bankersmith. Then it was Bikinis. And now it’s Bankersmith again and it’s up for sale.
The town, which returned to its original name in June 2015, is up for grabs for the low price of $1.5 million, according to the property listing obtained by mySA.com.
With the purchase of the town nestled between Luckenbach and Fredericksburg, the new owner will receive a 5,500 square-foot dance hall and a 2,464 square-foot saloon.
